Executive Chef & Food and Beverage Director Chris Huerta and his culinary team are known for some of the best locally-sourced dishes in Western North Carolina. They handcraft each one with farm-fresh, sustainable ingredients from our own gardens and greenhouses to bring out the season's most vibrant flavors. With a mind for elevated, classic southern cuisine, the team also strives to bring together the best producers throughout the southeast and offer your guests a unique, yet unpretentious, dining experience.

Our head Sommelier, Jared Lorenz, and his team take great care in choosing which vintners to represent in our cellars. He likes to focus on small, family-owned wineries that see themselves not only as winemakers but also as stewards of the land. For that reason, the vast majority of our list is certified sustainable, with many of our producers being organic as well. Beyond the delicious nectar that’s in the glass, every winery and producer has a story that tends to be just as compelling.
