From the Land

It's about a culinary culture that is tied to this mountain land. To bring you the freshest produce possible, we have cultivated relationships with local farms and mills as well as expanded our garden program. Our team of farmers oversees four gardens, multiple hothouses, a mushroom garden, an orchard, and now a CSA program, livestock and even a trout pond as GlenCove comes online. Farmer Matt and Chef Chris are passionate about reconnecting people to where their food comes from and the joy that connection can bring.
