on our board retreat this weekend, Jessica! Everything was fantastic and they loved the area and the property. I received a lot of comments on how great the staff is. Some will definitely be back on personal vacations. On a personal meeting planner note, I noticed how many more staff you all had at our events than I normally see at other properties – which I love of course! I hope to be back again soon.

Wow! Old Edwards does it again!
At every touchpoint, the OEI team impressed us. Laura had great attention to detail, quick replies to emails/calls and was a joy to communicate with leading up to the event. Kyle was my partner in creating innovative solutions to still have an exquisite event during COVID. We spent months communicating and pivoting when needed. There was laughter (and tears); He was a joy to work with and the events were absolutely splendid! On-site the Half-Mile Farm, Banquets, Culinary, and Housekeeping teams exceeded our every expectation! Laura, Chris, and Alister took such great care of my team and all the guests. The banquets team was first class- every single one of them deserves a special shoutout! That team was incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and (literally) weather the crazy storm like seasoned pros. Banquets at OEI are truly some of the best in the biz! Culinary hit it out of the park at every turn. Four events and breakfast every day and still every meal was just as delicious as the last!! Housekeeping managed the tight turns with a smile on their face and didn't miss a beat. Per usual- OEI provided a first-class guest experience and exceeded our every expectation at every possible team. BRAVO!!!! We can't wait to be back again soon!

Everything was just perfect
Hey Jessica: You and your staff's attention to detail was absolutely perfect! I've had many compliments and accolades regarding the facility and especially the food. Arguably the best brisket I've ever eaten in my nearly 64 years and I know brisket. Everything was delicious and am genuinely appreciative of everyone's effort and attitude. My feedback is to continue what you're doing. Everything was just perfect! Thanks to you and your staff, many people will have very fond memories of Highlands and Springhouse.
