FLAVORS OF THE FARM COOKING CLASS
12 to 2 pm
Spend Tuesday afternoon from 12-2 pm cooking in the kitchen with Chef Jason. In a small group of up to four people, you’ll prepare a delicious meal, with at least one recipe from the Favorites from the Half-Mile Farm cookbook. You’ll leave with your own Half-Mile Farm cookbook and custom candle.
$125 per person includes class, meal, Half-Mile Farm cookbook, and custom candle

SHAKEN AND STIRRED COCKTAIL CLASS

3:30 to 4:30 pm
Take a seat at the bar in J. Henry Farmhouse Tavern for an afternoon with Audrey. Our craft mixologist and bar manager will prepare three cocktails while sharing tips and techniques on mixing flavor profiles, adding ingredients in proper order, the art of garnishing, and more. You’ll sip a sample size of each cocktail and then take a full version of your favorite to enjoy after the class. You’ll also get a recipe card for each cocktail so you can recreate these delicious libations at home.
$45 per person includes the class, three samples and recipe cards, and a personal cocktail.
