Hosted Events at Half-Mile Farm
In-house guests of Half-Mile Farm will be treated to hosted events with guest chefs, authors, artists, and more, including complimentary tastings, book signings, fun demonstrations, and live music! These are private events for guests of Half-Mile Farm and are not open to the public.
January 20 - 22 | The Cheese Biscuit Queen, Mary Greene, will return to help us ring in the New Year.
February 10 - 12 | Love Cures All with Atlanta Chef Kevin Ouzts of The Spotted Trotter Charcuterie and Half-Mile Farm Executive Chef Jason Tardo presenting a Boutique Charcuterie experience to celebrate the season of love.
March 18 - 19 | Shrimp and Grits with Julia Tatum of Delta Grind Grits and Half-Mile Farm Executive Chef Jason Tardo.
April 7 - 9 | Italian Easter Celebration and Hosted Weekend at Half-Mile Farm with Chef Craig Richards of Lyla Lila in Atlanta.
May 5 - 7 | A joyful Cinco de Mayo celebration with Madison's Executive Chef Chris Huerta and Half-Mile Farm Executive Chef Jason Tardo, featuring locally grown McCallister Farms meats cooked on the lawn with Cowboy Cauldrons.
June 30 - July 1 | This special artistic weekend features the return of the popular husband and wife duo, writer John T. Edge and artist Blair Hobbs.
July 15 | Calvisius Caviar will bring their delectable sampling of various caviars for you to taste.
October 22 - 24 | Meet Kathryn Greeley, designer and author of The Collected Cottage, and try tasty recipes from her book. Enjoy a lively and informative presentation with Kathryn and Lynn Terry of Hoffman Media, who will be joined by Cashiers local Cherrie Tibbits of Vivian Metzger Antiques.
December 1 - 3 | Rebecca Lang, author of Y'all Come Over and Judge on the Food Network's Chopped Junior returns for a weekend of Southern Foodie fun.
