Please join us in celebrating the height of the summer season in the mountains with James Beard Foundation award-winning chefs Steven Satterfield of Miller Union in Atlanta, and Joseph Lenn of J.C. Holdway in Knoxville, Tennessee. This dynamic duo, who also happen to be great friends, will present a multi-course menu full of summer’s most delicious flavors from The Garden at Old Edwards alongside perfect pairings from the Old Edwards sommeliers in the beautiful setting of The Orchard and The Farm. The summertime menu will feature recipes from Satterfield’s cookbook “Root to Leaf: A Southern Chef Cooks Through the Seasons ” along with favorite dishes created by Lenn in the kitchen at J.C. Holdway. Guests should expect the best of the tomatoes, okra, corn, squash and peaches. Reception will take place in The Orchard under the fruit trees with seated dinner to follow in the Pavilion. After supper, guests will enjoy s’mores in the garden.
