Leading up to Valentine’s Day, Half-Mile Farm is pleased to welcome one of the South’s premier artisan chocolatiers, Jocelyn Gragg, owner of JARDÍ Chocolates in Atlanta. The universal love of chocolate is well known, but there is so much more to this beloved confection. Explore the many facets of what makes chocolate special, delicious, and crave-worthy with Jocelyn in a sit-down tasting and presentation. From the humble cocoa pod to the physics and science behind texture, molding and tempering. Infusions of flavor--both sweet and savory--will greet guests as they delve deep into the sweet world of chocolate. With complimentary tastings, of course!

Weekend Events:

• Friday and Saturday Social Hour, from 5 - 6 pm will feature a special Half-Mile Farm cocktail paired with bites of JARDÍ Chocolates and live music from 5 - 8 pm. 
• Saturday tasting and presentation, from 3 - 4 pm. Each guest party will receive a box of JARDÍ Chocolates while learning from Jocelyn about flavors, truffle infusions, and sample cocoa butter. No advance sign up required. 
• As a special treat during your Saturday breakfast, from 8 - 10:30 am enjoy delicious JARDÍ Chocolates hot cocoa bombs and milk delivered to your table.
• Sunday breakfast, from 8 - 10:30 am will feature Belgian waffles with JARDÍ Chocolates candy bars filled with Whistle Pig Whiskey Barrel Aged Maple Syrup.

Throughout the weekend you will have the opportunity to take your favorite JARDÍ chocolate treats home with you to enjoy, or to surprise a loved one on Valentine's Day. Items available for purchase: 12 piece chocolate sampler, 16 piece Valentines Day sampler, 72 piece chocolate box, and a JARDÍ Signature Apron.
