On Saturday, November 14, from 2-3pm, join Chef Sue Zemanick of Zasu in New Orleans and Kyle Jones, Co-founder and Media Director Bitter Southerner, for a fireside chat about Southern cooking, James Beard Foundation awards, Top Chef, motherhood, Mardi Gras parades, and the love of fish and seafood that led Sue from the CIA in Hyde Park to the Big Easy.
